I contacted Luke via their website's contact page and received a reply within a couple of hours, and was able to make a booking for a couple of days later. Luke arrived on time (he contacted me beforehand just to double check we were OK for him to arrive), and was very professional. He was able to fix our problem with a minimum of fuss and disruption. I would highly recommend him because of his excellent customer service.

Luke was the only one that responded to my request for inspection and quote. We highly recomend Luke as a professional, prompt, and clean tradesman. We should have had our installation done professionally years ago instead of putting up with my make shift back yard job for so long. Now all 3 sets work spotlessly, no noise, no dropouts a pleasure to great reception to watch. Thanks Luke.
