I go to Crust at least once a week. This store has very high quality pizzas, great staff with good attitudes and timely service. I've never had any dramas with the Parap store. 5/5 do recommend

Crust Pizza Parap
This place has taken a dive since the last time we ate there. The pizza was a huge amount of cheap melted cheese ( definitely not Buffalo mozzarella as advertised) on a sad base. Tasteless to the point that we ground to a halt half way through. Also, clean the shop and windows.

Service has certainly slowed up since we first started using Crust. We thought they were great but over the last year, quality of pizzas is on the downturn and wait times are increasing. A notification stating 20 mins equates to 40 mins actual. Time for us to find a different shop

I have enough of burned pizza made in a rush and at the third bad pizza I decided to post a review.Last year Crust Pizza was good,however something has changed and in my opinion,they changed the speed of the convey oven(much faster) and increase the temperature of the oven and the result is a Pizza always thin as ice and dry as hell with burned cheese and condiments. I will surely order somewhere else next time,unless they will train the rookies working there or they will choose quality over quantity.Terrible Terrible Terrible Pizza.The picture looks better than what it was because I added oil and new ingredients on the top.

A cold and congealed pizza and cold chicken wings. Definitely $47 wasted. Frozen pizza is better than this rubbish. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Is there new owners since 1.5 years ago? Pizza base very thick, soggy too. Fake dry Olives from a jar not proper ones. Definitely not the same

Please either close this shop or handover ownership to someone who's professional. You always close shop 1 hour early than your usual working.. it's not just 1st or 2nd time.. it's now regular thing.Such a weird experience.
