A wonderful community of parents, careers and teachers! My son has had an amazing first year at daycare, being supported and encouraged to grow and learn in a loving and caring environment! He LOVES the new food menu too :)

Daughter loves going almost every day. Brilliant staff and great updated center.Freshly cooked meals and are great on sickness control in the centre. Highly recommend.

I adore taking my kids to Goodstart Early Learning at Rothwell. The centre is warm and inviting, always stocked with resources to keep my little ones entertained and ready to learn. The educators look after them with such care that I feel comfortable leaving my babies while I head off to work. They are always communicating with me so I know what they’re up to during the day. I can’t recommend this centre enough! And the fact that there are chef prepared meals on site is a huge plus to expose my kids to different foods as well as getting all the nutrition they need as well as saving time for me.

A child ran over my son's arm on a bike, snapping his bones in half and not one person saw it or administered any first aid.My son was left crying while staff stood next to him, having a conversation and ignoring his howls (I arrived 5 minutes after the incident") so I saw the situation and no one was helping him

I have tried to contact the centre many times. Through messenger, enquiry forms ect and Still haven’t heard back.

I have had all of my kids here and they all have loved everything about this centerThe teacher are fantastic they talk to parents about all the kids are learning.

My son absolutely enjoys his time here at Kids Academy. The teachers are comforting and really keep you informed.

My child loves going to her childcare. Her milestones develops in the right track. A Centre director and the teachers are supportive and help her grow in a good circle. The centre also has very good facilities.

Such a horrible experience, my son was left with a 39.9 temp all day they “didn’t notice” until the afternoon when I asked them to give him Panadol they told me they didn’t have any. - non compliant and against their illness policy and enrolment form. The service is run down, smells and not safe. The next door neighbour has a pool directly beside their fence and they thought it would be smart to put a table in the sandpit next to the fence, a child could easily get over and drown. The staff are not interested in the children rather then having a chat amongst each other. They gave my child popcorn without consent - dangerous and again goes against their policies. Most afternoons I go to pick him up from the kindergarten program to find them watching cartoons on TV and the staff are always sitting at the table chatting not engaging or supervising.Very very disappointed in this care.Don’t bother asking the director about it she has no idea what she is doing and will run this centre into the ground or a child will get severely hurt!!!!And as you can see below - they breach confidential information on public forums. Our daughter absolutely loved attending Pre- Kindy here with Miss Kate & Miss Vera.In fact All the staff were lovely. She came along in leaps and bounds in preparation for Prep.With Chef prepared meals provided tooBest experience for our little one
