Absolutely disgusting customer service. James is very rude and dismissive to issues. The whole team seems to weasel their way out of agreed charges. Lies to customers etc. they should stick to sheds because they have no idea how to build a house. Will be telling everyone to avoid this dodgy business

This firm is profit before people and took over a year muck around to remodel a few meters and the workmanship was below standard
