Contemporary Cakes and Classes

I came across Jackie’s website through a google search when i wanted to have a custom cake done for a family member, Jackie got back to me very quick and after speaking with her i was amazed at how much she knew about her work and every single detail big and small even though i only gave her a weeks notice her work was unbelievable! Shes so professional with her work and so so lovely to talk to, everyone else i contacted either rejected doing anything for me or were just too simple. I just placed a second order with Jackie and i cant wait to see her work her magic again! I will definitely be posting another review with the new cake!I HIGHLY recommend Jackie and HIGHLY recommend everyone to get a taste even once of her delicious cakes! They dont just look amazing they taste even better!

We had an amazing day learning how to create and decorate beautiful cakes with Jackie. She provided so many excellent tips and tricks along the way that we feel sure we will be able to replicate the skills we learned at home. It was a fantastic way to spend the day. As an extra bonus, at the end we got to take home cakes that really had a 'wow' factor and tasted fantastic too!

I just recently had a very productive day doing Butter cream drip cake for Father’s Day , was sensational!! My lovely teacher was Jackie , She was very talented and creative, I improved my knowledge and skills, as well as all the tips she shared with me!

Wow... what a great day I have had. I just completed the Chocolate Mudcake and cupcake 3 hour course and it was fabulous.Jackie is very professional informative and has a wicked sense of humour. Her cooking class kitchen is awesome - you all have your own equipment and work station.As well as tasting these delicious morsels, you get to take yours home with a cake pan, recipe and cake box - what more can you ask for!Thank you Jackie - highly recommend.end.

Jackie made our wedding cake for us and made exactly what we wanted. It was absolutely spectacular. Not only did it look amazing it tasted amazing!! Definitely will be using Jackie again for future occasions. Thank you again Jackie xx

Jackie made a 1st birthday cake for my daughters birthday and also cookies . She made exactly what I had requested plus a edible crown. The cake and icing was amazing! The best I have ever tasted . Lots of comments about taste and the cake itself everyone enjoyed! I will definitely be ordering from Jackie again. Very professional service and a great experience.

From initial consultation to the big day, Jackie has been absolutely fantastic. Jackie was very friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. On the big day, Jackie did an awesome job working with the venue to ensure there were no issues. The end result was a cake that suited all our requirements that looked and tasted delicious and helped make my wife and I’s special day, even more special. I have done several classes with Jackie. I have thoroughly enjoyed every class and each time I have improved my own cake decorating skills. Jackie is welcoming, gives clear and simple instructions and is easy to understand. Her classes are so fun you don't feel anything is difficult and before you know it you have a great cake to take home. Even my son loved the Christmas cupcakes we made. Thank you Jackie!! Maree

I never knew that investing in one day with Jackie would be as good as a holiday! It felt so good to take time out to unplug.Also, I have upmost respect for Jackie’s incredible talent not only for cakes and cookies but for engaging her clients. She had us (me and my husband for 9 hours) and she was generous and kind the whole time consistently.Of course the process of making our gingerbread houses was flawless and it’s a memory that I will cherish for a very long time.Thank you again Jackie! First i want to thanks to Jackie, for everything, share her knowledge and the hospitality and her patient teaching me how to decorate the beautiful shooting star cake, my first decorating class but wont be last tho, as i will return soon or later to learn more. love you Jackie xoxo
