VicRoads - Kyneton Customer Service Centre

We visited Kyneton first time for our drive test and we can’t be happier with the test and the staff. The VicRoad staff was amazing and they really helped us with whatever they can.They made us feel so comfortable and relaxed before the test and even after the test the conversation was so polite.Like the way they had smile on their faces and they were trying their best.Best wishes to the small team and I wish them success.

All testing Officer at VicRoads Kyneton are very professional and skillful. They are very good with clients. They make clients feel comfortable and confident during the drive test. All officers made effort to make experience as positive and stress free as possible. Keep it up VicRoads Kyneton! You are amazing team!

So happy my son-in-law past his drive test last week. Not sure why all the negative comments...if your a good driver and make no bad errors - you pass! The staff were very helpful and allowed my wife to sit inside and shelter from the cold, the testing gentleman was polite and gave great feedback on skills to improve, which we appreciated. Public bathrooms be nice.

Had my probationary drive test here today and was delighted by the experience! My Testing Officer Guru was incredibly informative, and provided clear directions and instructions throughout the entirety of the test, as well as valuable feedback at the end of it.Thank you Kyneton VicRoads! :)

By far the worst experience at a Vic roads office courtesy ofElly at the front counter, Steven is possibly worse considering he didn't say anything as a mature man or senior staff member...Disgusting,Disgraceful service.I will never ever go to that office or town again........

My daughter was failed yesterday because she did not turn the ignition key fully around as she was in a car in which she was unfamiliar. She was not assessed any further and was unable to demonstrate any of her safe driving skills. I caution any learner drivers going for their test at this facility as there is a suspiciously high fail rate.

As displayed by many on this site, disappointing assessment constructed by an examiner who has built up the reputation for failing people under minor circumstances. Came in today to be tested for red plates and had completed every manoeuvre perfectly with complete points for observation checks. I failed due to a local having to “slow down” even though he was doing between 60 and 70 in a 50 zone as i pull out of a street. A person should be tested on their capabilities and ability to perform a skill and not merely the illegal behaviour of another driver on the road. There is a difference between being strict and failing drivers due to circumstances out of their control.

My wife appeared here for the driving test. I am pretty sure the examiner doesn't know how to drive or is a very dangerous driver. He failed her saying that you slowed down to turn left and it was placing the car in a dangerous spot. He says, don't brake for turning. Just go. There is nobody on the road. Just go. People like these should be off the road not just fired as examiners. I can see I am not the only one finding these people ridiculous!First learn to drive and then examine other's driving!Next time, I'll be coming with a dash cam. Hopefully they will behave. Else I'll file a formal complaint against this centre.
