Update- I have done some research and read up on The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, focusing on the refund laws... happy to say I received a full refund.... Glad I learnt a lesson.......................................................................................Buyers be warned!!! Went here to get some scrubs.. what a huge mistake.Didn't have the ones I needed in stock( I have read reviews saying this happens a lot).Order some from their catalog matching the colour to ones I had with me. Told it would take 10 days.15 working days later they arrive... not even close to the colour in the catalog or what I needed. I'm then told I shouldn't pick from the catalog colour as they are different (handy info to give people before they order!!!)Apparently there is nothing they can do to rectify this as it was a special order!!! Great waste of time and money... never going here again! Do not recommend.

No range and not too helpful, I went to rsea at Loganholme and they where great and custom ordered what I wanted

Great place we have been buying our work wear from here for over 10 years and have always found the ladies very friendly and helpful, particularity if you greet them with a smile! Excellent and fantastic customer service. I've had a warranty claim which got rejected from the manufacturer, but not from the owner of the shop. I've got a brand new pair of work boots and I'm very happy with it. I can highly recommend Totally Workwear Slacks Creek.

Came in to ask about embroidery. Was not welcomed with a smile or a simple hello, just to state that they won't embroid anything bought elsewhere, even though they made it clear they'd it would cost more if we didn't buy there?! Asked if they had green banded socks. Staff stated they only had what was available. Purchased a pair (refer to image) in the morning. Rang up the store 3 hours later to check when they would have some available and the staff stated they had some there. Head straight down to exchange the unopened socks with receipt and they won't accept it. Staff mentioned a hygene policy (product is unopened and has the plastic joiner still attached) but the return policy doesn't mention it. It felt to me more like the staff either didn't want to do the extra work for the return or wanted an additional sale. The prices of the products seem fair and location is useful.Edit: Spoke to Kim yesterday and discussed the issue to which she offered to exchange the product. To exchange will be a little out of my way so I won't take her up on the offer (it's only a pair of socks nbd, the issue was more about the customer service which was lacking). I genuinely like TWW's products but when a customer feels slighted, they're less likely to return. Kim did well in rectifying this.
