Kova Yoga is a wonderful, caring community of talented instructors, who provide a unique experience at every class. No two sessions have ever been the same. The practice offers a variety of classes that range from challenging to relaxing, and the variety keeps it interesting. I always leave feeling completely relaxed.

Kova Yoga
A serene energy is felt the moment you step inside the studio. The senses are stimulated with aromatic incense and blissful soundtracks. A real community feel with intimate yoga and barre classes. The talented teachers, particularly in vinyasa and yin, are exceptionally warm and welcoming.
