I have been renting with Coronis for 12 months now. I have been really impressed with their professionalism, efficiency in responding to my queries, and their friendly service. I have had a couple of other real estates before but Coronis has really stood out as a provider that values their tenants as much as their landlords

As a potential buyer, I was disappointed to find that upon arriving for inspection, the property advertised for sale did not disclose there was a current tenant in place until next year (2024). When questioned about why this was, I was told that, the reason this is not mentioned in the online ad is because we have already discussed with the tenant and they are open to moving out early". The photos were also misleading as they were from when the property was vacant

Excellent customer service. My property manager is always keeping me informed if any issues occur with my property or tenants. Rental payments are always made on time each month and their inspection reports are very detailed with plenty of photos. Would highly recommend using Coronis for anyone looking for a reliable property management team.

Sam at the Springwood Office has been an excellent property manager!I have just left their service and honestly cannot recommend Sam at Coronis South any higher than 10/10. She has shown so much care over my illnesses and made sure that I was not stressed as I made my way out of the lease and onto the next property (unfortunately not with Coronis).You will never get an Agent of such value!!!

My property manager always goes the extra mile. I've never rented before and she walked me through all the things I needed to do and be aware of. She is always patient and answers my questions even when they're probably dumb. I've really relied on her expertise. Feel really luck that I got her and Coronis should feel lucky too. What an asset to have working for you
