Thank you Liz for welcoming me and my son into such a safe and friendly space each week! As a new mum, making friends and establishing a positive routine is hard, but through Mothers Connected I immediately clicked with Liz and all of the other mums. I really enjoyed meeting all of the guests speakers and learnt so much about myself and baby wellness. I would absolutely recommend Mothers Connected mother's group to any mum!

I was so apprehensive about signing up to a mothers group, but I am so glad I did! Liz creates an incredibly welcoming space for new mums to share their experiences and make friendships. Each week is filled with support from different professional guest speakers who educate mums during their postpartum journey. Liz’s enthusiastic, caring nature shines through her program and she is a joy to be around.

Liz’s passion for nurturing mums in their motherhood journey is such a blessing. Mothers Connected offers a chilled, welcoming space to talk freely, have a coffee & a laugh (& sometimes a wine!), & connect with professionals on all those new-mum issues. Best of all is the sense of belonging she creates - invaluable at a time when everything feels a little… lost!! Thanks Liz for giving me a lovely Mothers Group experience!

Absolutely enjoyed Mothers Connected and how it gave my little one and I something to look forward to each week. The content and guest speakers were excellent and informative. Mothers Connected was a blessing in disguise. I knew I was struggling with postpartum depression and I knew I needed connections and friend who were on the same page as me but little did I know how loved and supported Liz the owner would make me feel. How she held me so i could become the mother I’ve always wanted to be. In the earliest hours of the morning in my first weeks of motherhood, I stumbled across Mothers Connected when I was looking for a group of people to share my new adventure with. Little did I know how truly wonderful my experience with Liz could be. Liz is one of the most genuine, compassionate, personable and warm people I have ever met - truly the perfect gift to a new mum.I loved her initial mothers group so much that I jumped at the opportunity when she recently opened the toddler group. Having a set event to attend every week has been so beneficial, and I’ve learned and gained so much from the guest speakers. The coffee and snacks are also delightful.I have raved about MC and Liz to everyone who will listen and will continue to do so.

If you are considering a mother's group, you won't find a more nurturing, supportive and fulfilling mother's group experience than Mother's Connected. Definitely a must, even for 2nd and 3rd time mums. I'm forever grateful to have found this wonderful service to the community that Liz contributes. Liz from Mother's connected is a genuine and supportive person. She provides a safe space for Mother's to be a part of and create friendships during their journey in Motherhood. I have watched friendship's between woman grow through the programs that Liz runs and cannot speak highly enough of what she does.
