BTS have been excellent they have replaced timber retainer wallsin our group of 6 units. Ben always showed up when he said he would for quoting and doing the work. All work completed in timely manner and no mess left behind. Very competitive price wise and local. Very patient when waiting for strata to pay account. Definately recommend this business.

Ben and his team did a fantastic job of our odd shaped shed slab. Ben knew exactly what we wanted and made it work. Communication leading up the job was excellent.It's so refreshing to have trades who are efficient and still take pride in their work and work space.Can't recommend Ben and his team highly enough!My only regret is, not finding them sooner!

The team at BT Southern Services have done two excellent paving jobs for us in 2021! We are extremely happy with their work:Ben came out for a free quote and scheduled us in with a quick timeframe from call to visit. They were flexible with dates and times. This was really appreciated because we wanted the work done as soon as possible but were restricted with our home schedules, so we are very grateful for Ben accommodating for us.Quotes were produced quickly and the job processes were explained clearly and the quotes were itemised accurately. They provided very reasonable pricing which we were happy with - better than other bigger paving companies and contractors who had previously quoted for us.The team who did our paving jobs were awesome - thank you guys! One of our jobs required removing old gravel and pavers and replacing with a paved area, they were able to do that efficiently. Our other job required replacing old pavers with new pavers. I wanted to source my own pavers and they were able to guide me through the process and their suggestions were very helpful. With both jobs the pavers were all leveled and pavers laid nicely, and they were able to work with our difficult backyard (paving around retaining rocks). They were friendly and cleaned up the yard beautifully. The team were also very kind and understanding of our nosy pets who wanted to help out in the yard, which was much appreciated.One thing we really appreciated was the quality of professional communication from the whole team throughout the process of our two paving jobs. Jobs and processes were explained clearly and kindly, the team who came to work on our yard were all friendly and professional. Asked us specific things we wanted such as paving patterns and were patient with us. Their payment processes gave us good timeframes for paying deposits and on completion of work, I think this is a great benefit for other customers who might also be on a budget like us.I think BT Southern Services is a gem of a company that is a quiet achiever in Adelaide.
