Good place to grab last minute items for dinner. At the end of the day always good time to get the daily discounts with the markdowns for that day.

Shop there because it's close while I'm a big coles fan if there was a woollies in the area I'd shop there. Never have a clean store, not enough staff, staff stand around and chat about what they got up to on the night outs instead of cleaning the isle they are packing stock away in. Have to use self serve for large trollys of groceries always told they don't have staff or I have to wait 15 min to get someone to open a register. If I move out of the area I would not shop there.

Been bullied by some of the staff in this store for 17 years and they're still doing it. It's clear they poison any new staff, and it's clear they don't think I know what they're doing. I'd love to name and shame those involved. An incorrigible clique of nasty bullies. I only go there when it's absolutely necessary and I suggest you do too.

Great time to visit the store is 7.30 - 8.30pm as it is not crowded and there is always a product that is heavily reduced in price

Always entertaining. With either Electricity Blackouts, blatant Shoplifting and Shoplifters dishing out abuse to helpless staff, or some other entertainment and unusual happenings. Makes one wonder if it's a favourite goto place for local Crims and low-lifes.

This is our local. There are never enough checkouts open. The express <12 items counter is shared with the cigarette counter and the cigarette purchasers are mandated to have priority over the “normal” shoppers. I’ve just been in a queue of 3 people at the express counter where 2 cigarette purchasers (who came later) were prioritised over us.We specifically aim to use checkouts to keep up employment, and Coles continues to push people to self-checkout.

Coles toukley is my local and closest coles. It’s not the biggest, brightest or shiny coles around. Limited stock and or less variety to other coles. Ineed of a refurb. Parking lot is on the small side, during the week you will have trouble finding parking, i sometimes have to go and come back at another time. There is no trolley points in car park so you have to wheel trolley back to coles (This is why I do my main shop at coles lake haven hint hint management) and I’m not lazy I’m busy.Staff are great and recent change to trading hours is the biggest mistake management could have done, people lining outside at 6:45am for a 7:00am open and closing times….. for these reasons I have given a 1 star, hopefully management will read this.

Lots of parking..good friendly staff and all the groceries you need in one place..close to other shops .. a play ground for the kids with toilet facilities available,, see you there

Very busy at checkouts, not enough 'real' checkouts open! The 'quick' 10 items checkout was very slow. It's very disappointing to watch customers buying tobacco products given priority. Our line got longer but the customer service kept on serving newly arrived tobacco buyers.
