My daughter needed a simple will drawn up. We wanted to use a local solicitor in Penrith. I reached out to ALA online and they responded quickly. We had a technical glitch when the information lodged via an online portal didn't go through to them as it should, delaying things a little. However, my daughter was very pleased with the conversations she had with various members of the team and with the document they drew up. They made sure all options were explored and explained and the cost was reasonable.I have since moved my estate documents to ALA for safe keeping and plan to use them again in future.
