A very good pet veterinary. I had to unfortunately put down my dog recently and they made it an easy and calm process. I will always remember her. ❤Thank you everyone there.

Loved it, great service all the way through - from phone service, to counter service, to the vet appointment. Everyone is super lovely and happy to answer all questions you have. They encourage calling and just asking if you have any pet queries.

Thanks to the staff at Keysborough Vet for their efforts and the sincerity shown before the passing of Rusty yesterday. Can highly recommend the services and the treatment recommended got me an extra month I wasn't expecting to have. So, feel very blessed to have got that additional time to say good bye. Thank you to everyone at Keysborough vet involved to help make Rusty's last month as comfortable as possible <3

When Dr Chris was around the clinic was so good, everyone knew what they were doing and they had good staff and friendly receptionist. The only peridot that is really good there is Dr Kim.Receptionist needs a good lesson about customer service. You really need to consider who you hire for a clinic like that. It’s absolutely horrible horrible service I get each time I am there. I don’t understand how and what kind of management is that ?Please explain how you can allow this kind of disrespect and bad service for your clients ?

We took our dog in and saw a vet by the name of Kim. She had no idea what she doing, she carried out unnecessary tests on our dog and had to get a ‘second opinion’ because she said it was possibly cancer. $300 later it was not cancer, been going to this vet for ages and had no problems at all. The appointment went for an hour! Very dissatisfied! No one needs a scare like that about their pet!

Horrified by how they treat clients.People go to the vet in vulnerable situations and the owner and receptionist have absolutely no compassion regarding this.I needed a family member to pay by card over the phone while I was there and they refused to accept this, even though the payment goes straight through as it does when you pay with the physical card.On top of this they have an anthurium plant in the consulting room.. which is toxic to both cats and dogs. I was honestly shocked.Don’t go here. Not a welcoming place at all.
