Couldn't ask for more from a builder

I've lived in a newly built Yarrum Designer Home for a year now. Without a doubt it's the best home I have ever lived in. (Previously lived in four other homes). Thank you so much to Stephen and the entire team at Yarrum Homes for always being so warm, caring and helpful to deal with. The design is absolutely beautiful and living inside is so spacious, luxurious and homely. All in one.When I have friends come to visit, they always comment on how much my house stands out, compared to the other houses in my area. The interiors, the exterior, the quality materials used. There is so much attention to detail that has gone into this house. Thank you Yarrum! Thank you for the high ceilings. Thank you for the natural lighting. Thank you for the butlers pantry. Thank you for the ability to heat or cool my home with 1 button. Thank you for the garden. Thank you for courtyard. Thank you for the luxe bathrooms. I couldn’t be happier with this place! It’s an honour to live in a home built by Yarrum Homes.

Follow up service, post construction is appalling. They constantly try to blame the customer for their own errors and so far to date, their repairs have been substandard and in some cases, worse than the original faulty work. Atrocious customer service.

Love their homes but the encounters with their draftsmen left us feeling like unwanted customers on noth meetigs and due to his lavk of passion interest and friendliness we have decided to owner build.
