Bob Jane T-Marts Nunawading

Manager Simon refused to repair the nail in my front tyre and to check nitrogen last year. Probably because of the colour which I didn't understand although he was unprofessional, rude, arrogant etc. I tried to speak with other staff at the shop to repair the tyre so that I could drive safely as I was travelling over 70 kilometres but everyone declined to help. I didn't know if Simon instructed them to not offer me the service or not. I spent hours begging the staff for the help at least to add some nitrogen to balance the wheels everyone let me down! Later that day and a couple of days later I called the business to tell them that I wasn't happy the way they refused to help but none seemed to care, manager Simon wasn't at the shop the following week. He refused to tell me the name after I told him that I was going to complain. I called another shop who called me in to resolve the issue as the tires on my car were Bob Janes', they found out that the person I spoke with was the manager at the shop and offered to help and they did. I was told that so many people complained about him too and he was leaving the business (probably fired, not idea). I asked myself some questions; did they refuse to repair my car tyre after realising that it was their brand from another shop and I wasn’t to pay? Will I feel confident to buy Bob Jane's tires next time after that experience? Why refuse to repair it? Was it because they could replace the tyre as per warranty? Did they consider themselves to be losing? ......I will visit for another day and see if their service is still the same but with such a traumatised experience, I don't think that I will trust them anyway!

I will never go to Bob Jane T-Marts again. Late Saturday morning, I got a puncture on the front left tyre. I changed it for the spare and phoned Bob Jane T-Marts Nunawading. The manager said to bring it in now as they close at 4:00 PM and they will have the puncture repaired before 3:00 PM. I got there at about 11:30 AM and left the tyre with him. He assured me no problems, it will be fixed and I will phone you when ready. Come 3:00 PM and no phone call. I could not wait any longer and drove down there, but when I arrived the manager told me they had no time to fix the puncture. They were too busy, short staffed and many other lame excuses. I took my tyre back and drove home. This left me in a precarious position for the rest of the weekend with no spare, and I had to cut short my planned outings. Inconvenienced.

I just bought 4 tyres with alignment from these guys, service was great, they said it would take a solid 90mins and it was done well inside it. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstading with the price from what I thought was quoted the day before on the phone, but this can happen with any store, in the end its how they deal with it that matters. I spoke to Adam and he soughted it all out, his primary concern was to ensure I didn't walk away unhappy with the experience. I've been here a couple of times and find these guys to be pretty genuine, and the bonus is that they price match as well.

Great service! It all started when I first saw Mark. I want new wheels for my Stinger" was the brief. He took to the challenge and went through all the options with me. Very rare to get this type of "one on one" service these days. With the wheels ordered

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience.I appreciate that they're open on a Sunday, but they did a very poor job of changing my tyres.Grease spray was left inside the cabin on all the plastics. The tyres and rims were left still covered in all the grease and grime, and worst of all one of the rims was damaged.Considering the enormous cost of performance tyres, and the 2.5hrs they took to change tyres even with me making a booking, I would have hoped Nunawading BobJane would have taken better care of my car.I won't be back, and I'll be sharing my experience on forums

After a disappointing experience elsewhere with my own new tyres, I got new tyres for my husband's car here. Husband can be lazy about maintenance, but the free rotation etc gets his car in the door for more regular maintenance. I bring my car here for service now, too, which is quick with a reasonable price. Staff are lovely to work with. Thanks!

A great experience a few weeks back, dropped in at the end of the day and was able to book in for a wheel alignment first thing the next morning. A nice waiting room with free tea and coffee, plus a work bench with power for your laptop and mobile, very handy for those working on the road.

Great service and very professional.Went in for a puncture repair, they dropped everything to help me out and without my even asking they fixed my wheel arch which was loose!Thanks for your help...be seeing you soon
