The older lady that served us yesterday is rude and acts like everything is too much of a hassle. All I was trying to do was pay for my shoes. Don't you think at your age you should have learnt better customer service skills by now. Yes, it was busy yesterday in your store but don't need to take it out on paying customers.

5 stars for manager Bec. I tried to buy shoes from here and was directed to online for a correct size and different colour. When order arrived wrong shoes 2 different styles. Bec professionally sorted for me with minimum stress as I was really going to struggle to return and comprehend forms. She was kind and went above and beyond. Please thank her.

I honestly could not ask for better service. The whole team are so helpful whether it be for myself, my kids or my adult daughter who has a disability. The way the team communicates with my adult daughter is just wonderful, they really listen to her needs and are so patient with her. It's so great to consistenty get such a high level of customer service from all the team.I'm particular, Bec has assisted us many times with ndis related purchasing and consistently provides the best service and advice.
