Very helpful. I came thinking I knew which speakers I wanted, they recommended a diff speaker at the exact same price point that sounded MUCH better. Allowed me to sit there for 1+ hours listening to diff speakers to compare with no pressure.

Going to this store was an awesome experience. Betty was incredibly helpful. The shop does not shy away from really cranking it so you can hear which speakers sound the best.If you go to this store come with your favourite songs in mind to make the speaker and pre amp selection process nice and smooth.Betty helped us make our own banana plugs and helped us work out everything we needed for our set up.Picture attached - our new hifi set up.

2nd time visiting the showroom, and I just wanted to say thanks to the owner and Alex for being so helpful. Being around for quite a while now, I always trust their judgement when it comes to hi-fi equipment. Staff are very informative and patient. Given plenty of options based on my budget. Side by side comparisons were the one that did it for me. My go-to place for hi-fi requirements. Will be enjoying my speakers, amplifier and HD music streamer for years to come. Will visit soon to purchase a vinyl player.

Really rude customer service. Swearing and unhelpful. Quality products but I will not go back based on my experience. Based on the response. The managing owner can not own his own behaviour including swearing at a customer. Incredibly unfriendly and I will be making it known to anyone looking for recommendations not to go here

Apollo HiFi is an excellent example of a well run business.Friendly staff, expert knowledge and competitive pricing.I had never been to the store before because it is far from where I live, I decided to give them a try as they have a large range of speakers on their website and had Elac speakers setup ready for auditioning.I am glad I travelled forty minutes to get there , with the help of Alex I was able to listen to the Elac range of bookshelf speakers and adding other brands as we continued the audition process.In the end I selected the KEF Q350, a speaker I would have never short listed but was the obvious choice for my ear and my type of music selection.My experience highlights the importance of auditioning audio equipment before you buy it.Well done to Alex and the Team at Apollo HiFi.

David helped me choose my speakers and amplifier when I bought my first Hi-Fi system and I had no idea what to look for. His advice was the absolute best and I still love my Hi-Fi every bit even after 3 years. If you are looking for any advice regarding Hi-Fi, David is the best man and Apollo Hi-Fi is best place to go to.
