Most weird and offensive experience I have ever had in a barber shop, I have been refused to take a service as because I was 7 minutes late. I have been to this shop so many times but never had this kind of experience, I think management dont want to see any returning customer their shop any longer.

Was here not too long ago for a haircut. Customer service was great, atmosphere was really relaxing and calm. Shout out to Chris who cut my hair today, he did exactly what I requested and would always ask me for confirmation on specific details before he proceeded to do it, really appreciated that a lot. Really liked that he was patient and did not rush the haircut, which made it even better. Overall, enjoyed my time and will hopefully be back again! He even turned on the NBA playoffs which was awesome!Thanks Fadeaway teamAldin

Came in midday on a weekday so wasn't too busy. Barber was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Took his time and made sure everything lined up nicely. Was really pleased with the final cut and overall service!

My appologies for my negative review (see below).I actually was referring to another hair salon (Just Cuts in Altona Meadows).Fadeaway did answer but sadly didn't have a spot available. They did, however, give me a good cut & beard trim last time I visited.Haven't frequented in years & they didn't answer my calls (5 of) so I gave up & went elsewhere.Used to do good cuts at good prices.

Take your kids there for a fade cut or happy lines as I do with my son, husband & father-in-law . These guys can do pretty much anything you ask of them. The atmosphere is great & the standard is high across the floor. Highly recommend it.

First time at the shop today and booked with Chris(after going through lots of online reviews about him). It was really a Friendly service from Chris, and a really nice hair cut and beard trim. Online booking through SLIKR app is really easy and convenient, it saves lots of waiting time and the best part is you can select your preferred barber online. Overall, a positive experience.
