Dental On Kennedy

Being in my 60’s I have spent many hours sitting anxiously in the waiting room to go sit in the dentists chair. For the past 6 years things have changed for the good! I now know that my experience will be stress free. The receptionist Sherryn is so welcoming and very good at her job and she sets the appointments so that Jamie is more often than not on time, that in itself is unusual with the medical profession and demonstrates a respect for the patients life commitments elsewhere.I have had crowns, extractions, fillings and Jamie has been so professional and reassuring every visit. I have been so pleased with the surgery that my adult children, husband and mother are patients now. The surgery is extremely clean and cared for which is a reflection of the way things are run. Whenever we have needed an emergency appointment Sherryn has always managed to sort something out so that there is not a long wait to see a dentist. If you are looking for a caring professional dentist surgery I can highly recommend Dental On Kennedy.

Absolutely wonderful helpful staff, though going to the dentist is never a joy the team at Dental on Kennedy make the experience easy and their happy team have you leaving with a smile, tooth removal and all.

I am always an anxious dental patient and in recent years have developed a tremor in my jaw, which has added a real self-conscious element to getting dental work done. I saw Dr Webber who was not perturbed by it at all (at least, that's definitely how it seemed to me). He worked quickly (without it feeling rushed) and skilfully. Added a few funny quips in, to reduce my tension. He certainly lived up to all the good reviews I read on here.

I'm extremely happy with my visit to this dental clinic yesterday.I had X-rays, a filling, crown replacement and clean. All done quickly and efficiently.I've never come away from a dentist so pleased.Even the clean was the best I've ever had.Thank you thank you Dr Hannah and team.Jill

Just had my first dental appointment with Dr Hannah Lee. From the moment I walked in, right through to the end of my appointment, everyone was welcoming. Dr Lee and staff took time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. It is not often you can say visiting the dentist was a great experience but I can. Looking forward to my next check up in 6 months!

I found Dental on Kennedy late last year after having bad experiences with other dentists on the Gold Coast who either completed below average work or charged exorbitant rates. I have just had 2 veneers completed by Jamie which are perfect. Only the specified item rates were charged, which meant I had no unexpected out of pocket expense. I could not make any higher recommendation for Jamie and the team including Sheryn's great customer service at the front desk. My whole family have now moved over to Dental on Kennedy and we look forward to many years ahead of A1 dental treatment from this top of the class team.

I have been very nervous around dentists for many years, as each one never seemed able to numb the nerves fully. I explained this to Jamie, the dentist, and he immediately understood that my nerve anatomy was slightly off to where it would normally sit. He performed the cleaning of a tooth with new filling in genuinely record time (around 20 mins) with no pain/sensitivity - and more importantly no return to 'buff' down any snagging edges. It was by far the best experience I've had at a dentist, and I've been back since with equivalent results, correcting other issues. I would recommend this dentist, and have done many times.

Fitted us in as wife was in a lot of pain. The service was second to none and the dentist, Jamie Webber, was exceptional at his trade. Thank you for seeing us with little notice.

If I could rate it zero stars i would.Disgusting customer service and I haven’t even had a visit to your clinic, you can thank your overly aggressive front reception for that, I believe her name is Sharon and she had the most disgusting attitude towards me during our phone call this morning that lasted no more than a minute. I had asked a simple question to confirm something and I was met with her rude, confusing and nasty response. I was willing to pay top dollar on emergency dental due to implications at the moment And had enquired about it. I said to her “ I was wondering if you still have emergency dental at dental on Kennedy”, she stated something about a voucher which I had not read anything about online regarding emergency dental requiring a voucher?!?, then she stated that if ” I don’t have a voucher, I have to pay”. She abruptly stopped me speaking and said “ahhh I dunno what your saying but”, completely unprofessional. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. Sharon Needs to get taught how to show some positive customer service if she is to ensure customers still want to come back after speaking to her first thing in the morning!Way to go Sharon, you just cost dental on Kennedy a good paying customer, smart one.
