I've spent 6 months trying to find a decaf that tastes like actual coffee, and Emu's Blue Eggs is far and away the best! It's definitely going to be my go-to from now on.Also, their customer service is great. Even in the midst of the supply chain/transport crisis I had my order within a couple of days, and with a lovely hand-written note.

Great customer service! I made a mistake on my order, that I didnt even pick up. 10 mins after i made the order I received an email asking if i had meant to order what i did, as it looked like a mistake. Saved me a huge hassle.Also, the decaf is some of the best i have ever had too, if you are wanting to avoid the jitters but still want great tasting coffee!

Ordering was a breeze, pickup from Schofields was easy and actually contactless, and the coffee is delicious (I tried Blue Eggs and Bright Eyes). I'll be buying from them again for sure.UPDATE: for my third order, I stupidly picked the wrong delivery option. Berenice picked up on this and offered to change my order for me without me having to ask. You'd never get this level of customer service from a bigger operation! I've also had the opportunity to try the Australia blend, which is an amazing dark roast. If I could give 10 stars I would!
