I recently moved to Jerilderie NSW to retire and have sought some whitegoods for my new home, i turned to Betta Electrical in Finley, and have been extremley impressed with there customer service, and knowledge on the Electric Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave I've recently purchased.The staff have been brilliant with honest, first class customer service and assistance.Even the delivery driver whom delivered the goods and installed them was awesome!!Having worked myself in retail for over 30 years i know how customer service has slipped in numerous retail outlets!.But not so with this business!!Keep up the exemplary service and your business will continue to flourish!! .Exceptional customer service skills from all concerned!!11/ 10 all round!!

Had DVD repaired there and asked for assistance to retune to TV as my attempts were not working. asked for help pre Christmas and still waiting --- it was a case of misplaced request" it can happen to a busy business Job listing when retrieved again

We live in Tocumwal. Betta Home Living Finley helped us with an aircon and the install. So as a result we are currently buying a new fridge through them. They have great prices and delivery service.Very easy to deal with.

Thank you to Gary for his wonderful help and support when purchasing our new laundry appliances. Your store had exactly what we wanted. Gary made our trip to collect them very easy to pick up. We came from Cowra so a long trip for us. We just happened to call in on our way home from a holiday and were excited to find this store had what we were looking for. Now installed and we are very happy with the items.
