Queensland X-Ray - Hyde Park

Overall a very pleasant trip to Qld X-ray. Admin staff were polite and friendly and the medical staff are knowledgeable and caring which was great to see.

Friendly people, easy and affordable x-rays. Connected to the hospital, which makes it easy for patients.

I have now used this facility a number of times over the past years. Service is top notch, fast, efficient and very professional. My last visit, today, could not have been better. The staff were tremendous. Very well done QLD X-ray Hyde Park.

Queensland x-ray are very professional in an array of medical services. The site is very hygienic and the staff are courteous and friendly. They are a shining light when it comes to customer service.

This is for the whole QLD X-RAY business not just above location.24minutes on hold..great start..Then to be told oh no you'll have to fork out extra and pay for a private appointment if your need is urgent..They do there scheduling based on dollars not who calls first and who's more seriously in need.Bloody hilarious, and they call themselves doctors" I wonder if they forgot their oath that they swore.Or did you sware a different oath.To squeeze every cent out of desperate sick and needy and poor..good business practice... really good..There's half an hour I'll never get back that they owe me now...KARMA will be done with them... slow and painful that's karma.. covid19 would also be karma.Called another X-ray place and got an appointment for the very next day

Staff more interested in their own gossip rather than making sure they keep to appointment times. As my husband has had a stroke and is in heart failure, I do not have time to waste on waiting for these muppets to do their job. Thanks
