I brought my phone from there, Just a Tip they are just a franchise not a genuine vodafone store where you can get help technical advise about home connection problems. You need to go to pacific fair for real vodafone help

I’ve been with Vodafone nearly 10 years . This store is one of the worst store I have seen. I’m here on holiday and I’m having issues with my SIM card . I do understand I need the account holder to be with me but there’s something called communication. Both the guy and the lady they’re working today they haven’t even tried to give me other options to help me get access to my phone all my bank details on this phone I had to walk 2 hrs yesterday in this hot weather because all of sudden my SIM card stopped working. Both this guy and lady can easy give me another options to help but they’re hopeless and disrespectful don’t say even one nice word like don’t worry we will try to help they both stayed looking at me struggling don’t know what to do. Vodafone you need to be careful who you employ especially in the stores I highly recommend Australian people at least we understand what they’re talking about it.can’t wait for my contact to finish I’m moving Telstra hats off to their customer service.

Terrible customer service for a franchise owned store. Repeated my phone number to the girl 3 times (one I have had for 19 years now) and she managed to try and blame me when she couldn't logon because I gave her the wrong number - then finally managed to once we went through it again. She then asked for a medicare card which I did not have and I said this - she then said the green card you know " - mate i am 33 i know what a medicare card is.... safe to say I left and got great service from James at PAC FAIR."

Very poor customer service experience. No one should be treated the way I was spoken to on the phone. The lady kept on talking on top of me without giving me the chance to express myself. I would have given a 0 rating if Google would have allowed.

Only 1 person serving in store , waiting in line to be seen was a long process. There was 5 people waiting and obviously there for a purpose, telecommunications enquires in store are never quick fixes unfortunately. And second person serving would of been justified
