We used PinPoint property to inspect a property prior to purchase, on our behalf.They guys at PinPoint property gave as a detailed (24 page) review of the property's structural properties and also a termite/pest review own its own report, with pictures related to the findings.They were able to arrange with the real estate agent (seller) and finalise the inspection within 72 hours of us calling up.Extremely happy with the service provide and the follow up documentations from the inspections.
