Rosh & Jack provided excellent service acknowledged me with a cheery hello when I walked in. Great product knowledge of chainsaws asked my needs and recommended product. Super nice couple in the shop. Years ago when hearing I have young baby at home and not able to pick up mower, the owner couple delivered mower to my door on their way back home. Machine was filled with petrol and oil and was ready to use. They demonstrated the mower and give safety instructions, which by no means you can get from Bunnings. Now I moved out of that area, I still come back for repair and service, because I know they are willing to help and charge reasonably.

Very unprofessionalism, my machine was just one step away to start and he telling me cost of it $140 or buy 2nd hand from them in $220, finally machine got fixed up from guy in fawkner in $25. such a rubbish and trying sell there 2nd hand stuff. Be aware never go for repair.
