XFC Gym 24/7

Been here twice now for casual sessions with mates. Spacious gym with heaps of equipment for both cardio and weight training. Plenty of machines for all sorts of workouts and staff were nice and polite.

Simile experience to past reviews where cancelled membership, a year on I have debt collectors trying to take money very bad way of doing business

No clean....It lacks hygiene a lot and the weights are not in place in every where in the gym

Lots of hidden fees plus bad customer experience. They are just after your money and not what they offer. I wished i had read reviews before joining. Wouldn’t recommend

I would give zero if I could. This gym attract customers promoting no joining fee however they charge $100 as direct debit setup fee which is absolutely misleading. Also they charge you one month after you decide to terminate the contrac. Thus gym tried to debit my card although I nofified them it is scammed and charged a dishonor fee. It is not a business, That is a rip! Not ti mention Chloe and Annamarie are repelling all customers. Worst customer service ever.

honestly wish I read the reviews before joining smh. hidden fees, they claim “no lock in contract” but you’re charged if you want to quit. agreed to payment plan as I can’t just pay in one go, i live Altona now. They still took over $120 in one day, first $30 and then $90. Will definitely be going in tmr with the original ad, and the fact they kept recharging me large sums when I’m not even 18. We will see how hidden fees, misleading ads and not even checking if I had turned 18 yet before repeatedly charging me will go in court!DO. NOT. JOIN!!Horrendous customer support.
