Friendly staff who know their stuff. A young member of staff picked up that my back was sore and without me saying anything offered to help me carry all my purchases out to the car for me. What a great team and have recommended to friends and family with pools. So happy that I have found my new trusted pool place that don't pressure you with unnecessary products (unlike some of their competitors).

I used Pool Logic to maintain the pool while away on holidays for 4 weeks. I was very happy with the service from the initial phone call, to the completed work and for the efficient communication. They will certainly be my first choice when I need assistance in the future.

Thanks guys for your great professional service we have received for a numbers of years .A special thanks to the whole team for showing great adaptability to rescue my pool so that the family can keep cool during the string of hot days we are currently experiencing. Extremely Disappointed - Sunday the 25th October, my daughter and I went into the shop to purchase 2 items valued at over $1K.When i explained to the shop assistant that i had a book price on these two items from the previous weekend when i had water tested, and could he see what he could do on price as im buying today, i was met with a very rude exchange of, he wasn't going to do anything as that was already a discount price and I can't help you. I explained again that it was the book price, which he denied (basically calling me a liar), with his voice now raised and whilst he rudely walked away, he said it's the boss's discount price (which it wasn't) and refused to listen or provide any assistance.So my daughter and I left the shop and went to Pool Time in Morley and received excellent customer service and a great $Discount$ on the same book price items from the helpful staff, saving me the customer $$$.Pool Time Morley now has all my future business.I have spent thousands of dollars in Pool Logic over many years, and to be met with such a rude and unhelpful person yesterday was a major disappointment!___________________________________________________________________Tuesday 27th October:I acknowledge a phone call received from the Owner of Pool Logic on Monday evening the 26th, with an apology for the customer service of their employee and an offer of a voucher. I thank the owner for the call and the offer of the voucher, which i will respectfully decline.I also acknowledge the owners statement of the employee was not in a position to provide any further discount on the price provided by the owner the week prior, however the price quoted still wasn't the best price available (as i've received $110 off the products elsewhere) and as the consumer that is what I was after - best price, regardless if this was a book price (my assumption) or a marginal discounted price. (but intrigued that other shops ( i rang two ) had the exact same price for one item and lower for the other when looking in their books, and then provided a discount on the back of that) Anyway!!The point is, the employee did not handle the situation in the best interests of the business, or the customer.**I have reviewed the star rating and increased this on the back of the contact made by the owner to mend the customer relationship**

Hands down the best business to deal with for all things pool related! I travel half an hour, past multiple pool shops, to go here. The service is brilliant, advice is honest, and prices are competitive. As a first time owner of a pool, they were life savers! (And saved me a few $$$ too!)

Wow my pool pump blew up and the Technician that Pam sent out to replace it was awesome ...learnt more about my pool in the time he was here fixing it than I have done in 5yrs of owning it from any other company. Pool logics pricing was great and I can see why people rave about you. Well done good old fashioned customer service will set to you apart from all the rest.
