1 hr and 45 minute wait for one pizza and two sides. Called up twice. First time I was told it was a half hour away. Second time I was told that I never placed an order, then they finally ‘found’ my order in their system. I was told they hadn’t even started cooking it - I was then told it was on its way, how could it if they hadn’t even started cooking it?Finally got the food; it was cold, burnt and food missing.I was so over it at this point.I checked to docket that was printed out on my food delivery, and they time stamp on the print out was for 10 minutes after my complaint phone call and getting frustrated.My was it so difficult to make one pizza? Plus two sides and give the drink?Luckily enough I don’t live here and I’m only in the area for work.I would give a negative star rating, however there is no option for this.Avoid this food store if you value your hard earned cash - I would have been better throwing my money in the bin, less of a headache really.

I ordered my pizza at around 8:10pm and its still not here (8:55pm), and i just called the store they be like, oh did you order pizza? Like they don’t even know i ordered and pizza still there unrecognized, cold and rubbish pizza, customer service is awful, think before you order from here

This was the worst pizzaI have ever had in my life. It was the most disgusting thing, the fat kid that that made me the pizza was just disgusting. I don’t want to be a Karen but I nearly died I have a photo as well

I think you guys should fix the door. The experience was fine except the door near flying into my 10 year olds face and also cutting a chunk from my knuckle as I 'pressed down HARD' Like your sign said while leaving the store.Service and order was great

I had Satay chicken pizza, cheese and garlic pizza and meat cheese burger pizza. And all of those were absolutely fine. I had gone through some of the reviews here but I guess the pizza quality can be vary upto who makes it. So, test your luck if you dare!

No need to explain check the pic. They don’t even deserve one star. This is what we got on our order. They knew the pizza was burned out after that they cut it and gave it to us. They didn’t even care about our health. Please don’t waste your money on their unhealthy pizzas.

Got a few friends over and ordered 6 vegerama pizzas. But what we got was very dissapointing Not one was the same and looked very unappetizing.Toppings on the pizzas looked like a quick slam bam job, irrigular distributed; one side has toppings the other side nothing. One pizza had no topping just sause and onion. Lots of onion on the other pizzas but needed a magnifying glass to find the fetta and bell peppers. two pizzas not cut. The other ones were all cut very uneven. One vegetarian: pizza had slices of salami on it (yuk).Doesnt look there is any quality control or consistency. Dont bother ringing the store

Amazing service by the front guy. He was very professional and friendly and this is what we exactly expect from a brand like this. Keep it up mate
