Love working out with Jaron and the Impact crew! They make getting up at the crack of dawn to work out worth it!The group is always full of energy and laughter, and there are always options to go at your own pace (although watch out for Jaron’s big kick up the bum if he thinks you are slacking off!)Jaron’s patience, professionalism and dedication to providing a safe place to train during COVID has been appreciated by everyone in the group- he has gone above and beyond. We are always at least 2-3m apart, have our own dedicated equipment which is cleaned before, during and after use, and encouraged to regularly use the sanitizer he provides.Jaron is always there for support and advice, whether it be for training, nutrition or fashion!I would never train with any other group!

I have been a regular on and off over the last 2+ years. I really like Jaron's program and approach as its very well balanced, lifestyle focussed, suitable to all fitness level coupled with mentoring/ health education. it’s a great group of people, fantastic trainer and a very supportive environment.

I've been with Impact for ~9 months, still a beginner compared to many others. Thought I'd spent sufficient time now to write a review.Jaron's truly passionate about fitness and genuinely cares about us and our fitness goals. He's always making sure we're on track and giving our best in every class.He also takes great care to ensure we're safe while training with him. Covid is a good case in point. He shut down classes before gov regulations (right thing to do to keep us safe he said) and moved the classes online. When we returned, the format was changed - min 2m distancing, personal stations & dedicated equipment, sanitizing before, during and after the training, strict no loitering around or socializing in groups before or after class - all just to keep us safe!Other things that keep me going:- Impactors group is fantastic, very supportive of each other- Online training library if we can't make it to any class- Mobile app to manage our classes and account- Back to basics: there is no protein powder or other gimmicks. Jaron's all about hard-work and clean diet- Rarely a class goes by without laughing, he's a full entertainment package but keeps you accountable and WILL NOT let you slack off- Great music from hiphop, to blues to rock anthemsHave tried mobile apps, gym, youtube videos and home workouts but it just didn't work. With Jaron's training, all I have to do (literally) is to turn up!Overall I highly recommend Impact. My per class review in Mindbody.

I've been training with Jaron for the last 18 months. Each class bring a new challenge so you never get bored. Jaron takes the time to listen to what you want to get out of the sessions and helps you achieve your goals. I also love the flexibility as there are a range of sessions available throughout the week which is great when your juggling work and family.

It was sometime in Feb 2022, that I decided to (finally) join Jaron's Impact team. I joined him to further my goal to lose my final 12- 15 kilos as part of my overall plan.Ofcourse, I lost weight but I gained so much more in these past 8 months.Here is what I gained (none of which I had planned to achieve when I joined impact) -I gained core strength, which resolved / helped me manage my lower back pain. No pain is my new normal and with all the intense workouts, I sometimes have to pinch myself to see if (no pain) is true.I gained energy and this helped me in my overall fitness level. My overall muscle structure has improved like never before.I realized that working out as a group is better because you have 10-12 others sweating it out with you.I gained newfound love for boxing as the best cardio workout ever! 30 mins on Tuesdays at 5.30am - just amazing! 1 hour on Saturday mornings and you are set for the weekend.I gained confidence to be able to do multiple workouts for multiple muscle groups in the same set.I gained a light bulb moment, that a short jog between sets actually helps you go longer in your training.I gained the ability to do 100 pushups (never had I ever imagined this to be possible).I gained control over my eating.I gained discipline (I still need to get to master level)I sleep much better now.Every day, every week is different, so it is not possible to get bored.The hardest part is not the workout, well it is hard, but Jaron makes it fun. The hardest part is waking up at 4.45 - 5am, if you can manage that, Jaron and the group fitness class will take care of the next hour. If you are not a morning person, take an hour out in the evening, they are fun too!High intensity means you get more out of less, more workout in half the time and then you do it multiple times a week.Jaron is a great guy with solid knowledge and a lot of experience in this field. The fact that the majority of the members have been with him for 4-5 years (average) speaks a lot about how good he is!The best part :) you get invited to the awesome Winter roast dinner at his house where he cooks the most amazing roast. :)If you are looking for a group fitness class or a personal trainer in and around Winston hills, you should only look at Jaron and Impact.A big thank you to Jaron !

Jaron is a great Personal Trainer with a high level of enthusiasm and a motivational spirit. Never a dull moment in the group fitness training and never miss the boxing session, loads of fun and hard work that benefits immensely. Give Impact Total Health & Fitness a go and you will be impressed.

Jaron challenges me to achieve my fitness goals with a balanced approach, always encouraging me to succeed, yet patient with the process. He listens well to my needs and is both educational and very supportive. The past year has seen a big improvement with my strength and my running as he helps me back into trail running after a long break.
