Asian-looking girl in the counter was rude! I did not feel kindness or respect at all. I bought perfume and she was assisting me but the way she talked to me seemed like I am wasting her time! It only took a few minutes and there wasn’t a lot of people that time anyway so why so rude. Not coming back here if that is the customer service you offer. Other branches have very nice staff compared to yours! A little kindness does not hurt anyone.

Great place to shop and have prescriptions filled. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Had an unfortunate experienced being bag checked. The security guard did not ask for permission and proceeded to rummage his hands through my groceries. He didn't even stop when I asked him to stop touching my bananas. He even pulled my items out and took them to the register to validate the purchase as I had refused a receipt. One item was purchased from another store which I had a receipt for and he just made the assumption. The girl at the register looked like she wished she was somewhere else (and at that point so did I). She said she didn't remember me even though I was her second to last customer. Her memory would have faired better should she have bothered to look at me while serving. Nevertheless she finally decided to check her till for my purchase and produced the receipt. I received a lacklustre 'oh sorry I forgot' from her. Overall a negative experience that should have been avoided. Management were apologetic warranting 2 stars instead of 1. I hope staff are provided opportunity to receive further training and development.

Check your bags to ensure everything has been packed that you paid for. Came home to find an item was missing.

Very friendly staff. It was about 8:30 pm, at the checkout counter, when I was trying to buy two bottles of coughing liquid, the staff was very kind and asked if there were any questions. While I was demonstrating my confusion, and there was one customer behind me, he would ring the bell and ask another staff member to help out the next customer. It was so warm, during this crazy pandemic, doctors were NOT willing to see any patients that had flu-like symptoms, but the people who work at pharmacy (Maybe he had a more professional job title) would help out what symptoms suits for which types of medication. He was very kind and helpful. I don't know his name, but he is a very friendly staff!

Had a very bad experience with one of the male pharmacist, he probably is a junior one. He asked me many personal questions in public and can't make decision. All of these just for an OTC medication! Seriously?! I've never had any experience like this at other pharmacy for an OTC medical. So unprofessional!!!!

Judging by the other reviews on this place I can assume we are all talking about the same girl. She was incredibly rude, disrespectful and judgmental when i enquired about birth control. Just horrible customer service and really as a woman to another woman i am shocked and ashamed by how little empathy she has. This experience has honestly ruined my view of this chemist and I will no longer be shopping there.

Today I got treated with rude response from the main pharmacist Minghui Yuan. I went to get my original copies certified before the store closing time. Pharmacist asked me to wait for long time, then asking me rudely why you are so late!Then after signing the documents asking me pay $5 (not a donation). Then when I asked where it is written then she started threatening me that She can reject my true copies if she wants.This was totally against the law and unprofessional act against their medical authority!I request AHPRA to review this pharmacist as it seems to be against a racial act, threat, and asking desire amount for true copies.They don’t have any boardings showing that “we charge $5 for true copy”This is totally unprofessional behaviour by pharmacist who are there to save a life!I felt helpless at the store.

Very disappointed experience for this branch, been to this store at 4:45pm today, the Asian girl serving at counter has been extremely unfriendly and unhelpful!! I was been told by Tunstall Square staff that you guys have tommee tippee soother in stock and will do the price match for the my chemist price. However, the staff on duty today rejected my request saying they are selling the same price, I can't see the screen so I don't know if it's true. Anyway, I did another research on the bigw website, and asked for the price match again. She was finally accepted after all these extra efforts. Moreover, at the end. I was Asking for a carry bag, she told me it will be 10cents extra!!!??? I have been shopping in chemist warehouse for years and spent heaps and heaps money but I have never ever experienced a single time that I have been asking 10cents extra for plastic carry bag!!! I hope this is a new policy for all your chemist warehouse branches to save the environment, not just a SPECIAL treat from your Asian girl staff on duty today at the checkout counter around 4:45pm. Thanks.

Was looking for hair growth product and the staff was very helpful , knowledgeable and patient though I have many questions pertaining to the products. Cashier was sweet and courteous too. Keep up the great service.
