I will never recommend this place to anyone. I went there to sign the statutory declaration. The girl said 2$. I was ok with that because normally chemist charge 2$ gold coin for donation. But after he signed 2 pages he charged me 4$. IT IS 2$ FOR 1 PAGE. Are you serious? Definitely you know how to make money but never know how to make the customer coming back. And I will never come back there again. I wish I could give them 0 star.

Has stock of all the medicine our family uses (which is a lot). Very helpful and very understanding. The pharmacist knows people by name! Much better patient oriented than the horrible big chemist.Medicine is a little bit more expensive but at least the store isn't crammed with products, there aren't any tvs blaring adverts, floor to ceiling ads.Overall 10/10. Deserves a much better star rating

I have no idea why this pharmacy would ever receive a bad review but let me tell you, I've been coming here for years and the entire team constantly provide great service, advice and a sure smile. Pharmacies are being hit left, right and centre becoming all things to all people. Now with pharmaceuticals in short supply, it's just another layer of nonsense hitting our pharmacies.

The negative reviews here seem old or dodgy. I've been going here for years. Very knowledgeable chemists who are polite and patient, the prices are very cheap... . I don't think I've ever waited longer than 5 minutes for a script. Yes the lady stands at the door & makes sure ppl don't steal. Maybe say hello on the way in or give her a smile, she's quite pleasant.

Review edited from previous. My updated review is after shopping at this Pharmacy for a while. Evan (pharmacist) is amazing! great customer service, caring and knowledgeable. Staff at the register etc are also great as is the female pharmacist that works there as well. I don't buy a lot of other products from the store so cant review on pricing but service level is great. Thank you guys.

This place treats customers like they are going to steal. You are followed around the store and whilst being served they have obviously been told to pull all your items off the bench til the payment goes through. It doesnt feel great. Theres a really lovely indepedant chemist down the road that I've started going to instead.

I am not the one to usually leave bad reviews, today I was taken back in surprise. Pharmacist behind the medication counter appeared busy and gave zero customer service. Female staff appeared to have no knowledge or even tried to help. She looked back at the Pharmacist for help and even told me to read the box when I had questions about the medication. Red flag. Also not to mention, got stared on by an old man behind front desk cashier, it was very uncomfortable as a purchasing customer. 2nd red flag. Rarely shop at this Chemist, one time was enough to test the waters !P.S: Read some of the reviews that elderly people gets targeted. Hard not to believe as I witnessed an extremely warmly customer service from the Pharmacist might I say in a loud voice. Who knows what could happen or happened bts. 3rd red flag.
