The staff at the Optus store in Dapto were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the interaction so easy. Jeff helped me out and he was highly knowledgeable and will be coming back here for all my phone related things. Best customer service. Super happy.

Shout out to Alfie who went above and beyond to help me today! I had a weird porting issue and was left without access to use my phone, he helped me get all set up with my new phone and answered all of my questions with ease. Dylan is amazing! He just fixed my eSIM in 5 minutes whilst I spent 6 days on the phone to customer service/technical teams and visited another branch where no one has bothered to fix it!

I would like to share a compliment for Alfie at Dapto Mall Optus store. Alfie is an extremely helpful & very courteous young chap providing the most excellent customer service. Alfie helped set up an Optus smart phone for my wife & I. I was unsure what to do, however Alfie made it easy & provided solutions.
