Barbeques Galore Aspley

I visited Barbeques Galore today and after waiting a short time for assistance, the Manager (at least I think it was the Manager) went out the back and gave some of his staff a move along.Finally a staff member appeared but he was so disinterested and less then helpful and in all honesty I don't think he really wanted to be there.I asked him about an adapter for the gas bottle I was purchasing and he just waved me over to the wall and said 'you'll find one over there' and walked off to fill up the gas bottle. When he finally came back In asked him if the adapter I had found was the right one and got 'I suppose so'... still not at all interested.It takes a lot to wind me up but what happened to being polite.

Today we visited here and Imogen helped me very much. Her product knowledge and enthusiasm was a great thing to see. Will return for more smoking products when I need them! Thanks.

Very friendly and attentive staff and good range of products. Although we ended up purchasing a Ziggy twin grill and a bunch of accessories, I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of discounting offered, particularly since a 20% off sale occurred a week after we bought it.

Tried to support your store drove 1/2 hr to your Aspley store instead of 3mins to closet Bunnings only to be totally ignored by your staff. He was on the phone and totally blanked me and couldn't stop for a second to say someone will be with you soon. Even when I found the bbq I wanted and stood beside it for 5mins staring at him then the time he still made no effort to assist. So Bunnings gets my $1000 and you get no stars.

Bought the Zigler and Brown triple grill today. Was served as soon as I enetred the store but I did do most of the reasearch myself and knew exactly what I wanted. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and suggested a couple of components I wasn't aware of. I bought one of the combos and discovered there was a missing component. Went back got the component and a small gift for our trouble.

Popped into the Aspley Store, Sunday, 29 4 2018. Received great genuine professional service from Bethany. Well worth the visit for BBQ parts and a smoke box etc. Thank you - Anthony C

No wonder your outdoor settings are on special, purchased a setting reduced from $799, got it home 5 hours later still drilling out holes that weren't already drilled, screws don't properly fit in some holes. What a wonderful birthday present.Honnestly, well worth going elsewhere and paying extra for better quality.

Undoubtedly the worst customer service I have experienced. After six weeks and two follow up inquiries I was today told they could provide me with the contact details of the supplier and I could make my own inquiry. Never Again!
