Very professional staff located in Australia so you know you’re dealing with a legitimate call centre

Extremely aggressive and annoying telemarketers, claimed they had the right to call me because they were acting on behalf of Telstra (who I am a customer of), yet refused to acknowledge that this was a marketing call and told me that they could not remove my number from their calling list.

The worst phone spamming telemarketing company. Relentlessly calling on behalf of Telstra whilst you are at work and trying to do a real job and just leaves you irate. Call Telstra and ask to be removed from the list.

With one star I am being very generous. Like others I am continually being harassed. They call, I can hear converations in the background but do not speak when answered or they hang up when answered. They obviously make numerous calls at the same time and treat potential customers like 2nd class citizens. To their credit they do not hide the number they call from which assisted in identifying this mob.My number is on the do not call register, a fact they do not respect. I have contacted them to ask why they do not respect the do not call register, their response advise my details and I will be unsubscribed. I did not subscribe in the first place. I certainly am not going to give them any more information. Next stop Telstra (they claim to act on behalf of Telstra) the Telecom Ombusdman, Australian Direct Marketing Association and any one else I can think of.

Wasted 3 hours of my time, which I couldn't get back.

I have recieved a single call then the consultant hangs up. This has happened three times. Yesterday I waited on hold for one hour and 27 minutes before giving up. Clearly the call centre is logs the calls without wanting to speak with me. Useless service

This is a SCAM company that deceives you in to believeing you are dealing with Telstra and then the sales peopel lie about the conditions. Once you sign up they will tell you that the conditions are different.Of course because the sales people tell you this over the phone before you do a voice recording then you do not have a leg to stand on. I have reported them to the Ombudsman.

Such an awesome infrastructure and culture they have instilled at TSA BURWOOD really amazed the way everyone treats us and welcomes us into TSA especially the way Jasmine treats us :)

As a former employee of TSA Burwood I would give them a 0 if I could. Extremely unprofessional workplace culture lead by 20-26 yr old drunk boys who care more about letting their team" of 20 something ADULTS know about how inebriated they got over the weekend than actually helping their vulnerable clients. Entertaining yes
