Well I hate to disappoint you guys but I also have been to your restaurant not long after you took over and I must admit that Mr Nassour even though he has no tactics in his wording was correct in the summary he put up,The food was well below standard so much so that myself and my partner did not complete our meal and have never been back, my main concern was the price increase which in my opinion was a shocksHopefully you have sorted out your problems and have improved the quality you serve your customers. You must take on board all comments and work on these points. Mr Nassour gave his honest opinion and should not be ridiculed and called a fraud as he has produced exceptional reviews which are spot on. My question is why would you remove a log fire oven and replace it with gas or a electric oven? Again in my opinion this will cost you also you should not rely on the past reviews as these are compliments directed at the previous proprietors

I'm not sure you can make a pizza better than how La Sera Fitzroy makes their pizza. The only thing better than the pizza was the incredible table service.The staff were very attentive and made sure we were happy with everything.I highly recommend the Baklawa to finish. It is made in house and tastes amazing.It is a quiet and intimate dining experience. We will definitely be back, even if we have to travel across the whole city!

The new owners make even better pizzas than their predecessors and the Lebanese menu is fantastic. I’ve been there three times recently. In every case the Lebanese food was really good and our kids nove the pizza. And some interesting Lebanese wines. Nice staff too.

Absolutely amazing food and drinks.This is where you come. Without a doubt. Elias is a wonderful owner and host, friendly and out going to make sure you are comfortable and able to try all foods.The staff are all like that, you will not have a bad time.Pizzas are elite. Highly recommend

Tried this place tonight. The service was very friendly and the food was ready very quickly.It was delicious and we finished off all of our pizza and chippies, the base is a nice classic lightly charred base with the large air bubbles you would expect from a proper woodfired pizza. The prices are also very reasonable, will definitely be back!

This one the most beautiful dining experience my partner and I have ever had. We arrived late to Melbourne visiting from the country for an appointment and this restaurant on google and Elias really made us feel welcome in him restaurant. We got a couple of pizzas and some starters, and everything was exceptional! We could taste freshness the home grown veggies on our bruschetta focaccia!Can not recommend this restaurant enough and we will be back! :) thank you guys

Great pizza l had the Classica and Gamberi 1/2 each full of flavour and fresh and the base was cooked perfectly for wood fired lots of bubbles. I tried to portion it but kept nibbling cause it was very tasty. Service was friendly and helpful, Thank you

I’m very suspicious on the last two reviews. We order pizza regularly from La Sera and was literally there last night picking up our pizzas and saw them take it out of the wood fire oven that has not changed since we moved into the area. Service is great, pizzas are awesome. Highly recommended
