I find Dapto Pool Shop very helpful. Every question I have, they answer or give me suggestions on doing it differently. The staff are wonderful, friendly and always greeted wifh a smile and a hello. Their prices I do not have a problem with.

I would think twice about using this company....they cleaned my friends pool and left the gate open...no duty of care towards the paying customer at all, she had just moved to the area her cat got out, she is devastated and about to have a breakdown a companion of 10 years gone because the pool guy had no common sense to close the sliding door...My friend is experiencing a deep depression and had to move due to having such mental anguish, lost income and spent much in trying to locate her lost companion, the whole sad situation has caused her more than just tears......she has rang the company to speak to the man involved and is ignored....many people have companion animals and pools...obviously this company needs to rethink their responsibility when entering into a customers home....If you love animals, I would boycott this company...they need to learn a lesson in customer service and responsibility ...In my opinion they should come to the party and reimburse her for her losses their fault not hers..How about doing the right thing Dapto Pool Shop, if you want your business to continue and thrive it would be in your best interests..You need to acknowledge what has occurred and take responsibility hiding is pathetic..Vicki Birch...

Thoroughly recommend this they were very helpful and friendly and I am not a regular but soon will be.

Have used Dapto Pool shop for approx 10 years. 2 different homes, 2 different pools. Always friendly, helpful service with a smile - a rare find these days. Keep up the good work.
