I've been dealing with Nash Varney, and his professional acumen is top class, he is so customer focused, and can't do enough for his customer's, he is a real assert to his company, and l wouldn't trade anywhere else.

This post is purely regard to their parcel point service, not relate to their storage service. Long story short, one of the staffs who I met was rude.I have read many many nice reviews about their storage services which I truly believe they are doing an awesome job for it.There is an elder staff who I don’t know his name , but I have met him three times, I remember he was working on 31st Dec 2022, he is very nice and helpful.I have used this same parcel point to return my orders from shein so far 3 or 4 times totally, this last time was very upsetting.When we walked into the store with the retuning parcels in our hand, and trying to put on the counter for them to scan, one of the staffs from the counter said: Somebody is addicted to return.I admit I brought many parcels for returning (8 total) which is a large amount, since I was waiting all of my orders arrived to decide what to return and to do them together, and I do give my sympathy to the staffs who need to handle them, which I do appreciate whoever helping with it. They may not be paid extra for this service, and may need to fill up extra forms for it.But I believe they did register to become an parcel point depot, that is why I was there. Even it is a side service they provide, it is part of their business.I called customer cares of parcel points and also contacted shein, they both tell me it is absolutely ok to use the return services to do bulk return, customers have every rights to return unsuitable and disliked products, no matter how many of them, and being rude to customer is not acceptable.So I don’t know why I can’t be treated respectfully, if I didn’t do anything wrong. It is an inconvenient situation for the staffs to handle the return I understand, but being rude shouldn’t be their attitude and shouldn’t be part of this experience.There are also some other parcel points in Dee why, Manly Vale, Manly, French forest, even it is not as convenient location, but since I am too worried about being treated badly again, I ll consider to drive or walk extra miles to do it. And if you are like me who want to use this depot to return your unwanted buying, I really wish you be treated respectfully.Once again, thank you for other staffs who is always being friendly and helpful, who even worked during Christmas seasons and new year holidays , who was happy to pick up my phones or help to organize my returning or answer my questions about delivery durations, I really appreciate it.

Gentleman at the front desk was very lovely and friendly. He was helpful and I enjoyed the interaction with him on a Sunday afternoon.

Brilliant facility and a great team of people that helped me choose the right sized unit for the right price. Access is easy, there are plentiful trolleys and of course if you need anything - the team are there to help. Even the toilets are top notch (clean and tidy). Highly recommended. Special mention of Joel and Nash- top blokes.

I can't recommend Kennards more highly. I have used them on and off when needed for nearly 20 years. Everything is clean, functional, convenient, and the staff are just fantastic - helpful and kind-hearted folks.
