I have travelled extensively throughout America and always enjoy Taco Bell, so when I passed the one at Ballina decided to have lunch there.What a disappointment i ordered the Taco trio and seriously they were more like lettuce and sour cream in a small tortilla wouldnt have been a teaspoon of meat. Absolute joke, but all three were the same.With the competition for fast food in Australia many and varied if this is what they think is acceptable then bye bye Taco Bell once again.

We came a few months ago and food was amazing, came back today and man food was sloopy, overly saucey and taco shells shattered and soggy chippys but just saying a a fast food chain stuff think that are allowed to be sloopy but they wouldn't make food that they gave to us the same as they make for themself.

Reuben cooks a damn good taco, a fresh taste to Ballina that we haven't seen before, yummy chips too! Great customer service and staff were nothing but nice when I visited, though I do miss the big Rooster that once resided here before.

There were no customers in the restaurant. All tables were dirty, my order was delivered to an empty table for me to get it, no napkins were provided and my order was wrong.Terrible service.

Certainly not anything like authentic Mexican food, but it's a surprisingly cheap feed on the road (our travelling companions REALLY wanted Taco Bell). The chicken schnitzel formed into a taco shape was a novel idea.

Drive thru entry is confusing, for a start, with insufficient signs. Anyway I found the entrance, ordered, and drove to the window to pay. After I paid, the young woman mumbled something and closed the window. I sat there for about two minutes with other cars behind me, not knowing what I was meant to do. Was it like my local Guzman Y Gomez, where there's another window around the corner? I thought I'd better drive forward, just in case that's what I was meant to do. No second window. So I had to park, and go into the shop to get my burrito. Fortunately I don't have disability issues. However the vegan burrito, when I got it, was really well put together and satisfying. Just the layout of the drive thru is really pretty poor.

Nice to see a taco bell here. Not a typical one like in the USA. Food choices were different and the order machine didn't work right. Counter staff very nice and helpful.
