I’ve loved every minute at Inflow. The teachers are great, classes are varied and the timetable is really convenient for me. It’s a lovely space and I’d definitely recommend everyone give it a try!

I started at inflow by participating in a 21 day challenge, it’s been years since a stepped into a gym so I was quite nervous but all the instructors were welcoming and very helpful, they make sure I’m doing things right and offer all levels of experience I have since signed up and loving it.

Inflow Pilates and Wellness
Fabulous studio. I was visiting a friend for a week and this studio has a great 4 class for $44 offer. Their mat work classes are perfect, if like me you have multiple injuries that prevent you doing reformer. My friend regularly does reformer classes and raved about them. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. In particular I’d call out Carla who is a total delight and a wonderful teacher. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone who wants to give Pilates a go.

Inflow Pilates and Wellness
I took advantage of Inflows 3 week introductory offer after finally getting clearance from my physio to get back in to exercise. And I’m so glad I did. I thought it would be daunting doing group classes, but the instructors give so many options for all different levels that I never feel like I can’t do it. I love how diverse the groups are and how friendly and welcoming the entire team have been. I loved it so much that I joined as a permanent member! Highly recommend.

Inflow Pilates and Wellness
Inflow Pilates has to be the best reformer Pilates studio I’ve tried on the coast. Having now been a member for 6 months, I’ve noticed such a difference to my overall well being and strength thanks to the dedicated wonderful staff, fantastic equipment, beautiful studio and easy access location. The team are always mixing classes up, checking form and technique to prevent injury all whilst giving sincere encouragement individually to each class member. I absolutely love Inflow and highly recommend!
