I recently had my Subaru STI (my pride and joy) repaired at Hawkesbury City Smash repairs. The finished job was perfect! I have had bad experiences with other repairers previously but Troy from Hawkesbury City Smash assured me the car would be like new and it was. Can not find 1 fault.Big thank you to the whole team!Great work.

They delivered what they promised within an appropriate timeframe. Troy went above and beyond in regard to my wheel repair, and was a pleasure to liaise with. Even at such a difficult time the team at Hawkesbury City Smash out do themselves with their tremendous efforts. Have used them a couple of times and every time they pull out all the stops to help me. Troy the owner is so nice and his attention to detail really sets them apart from other repairs I’ve been to over the years. 100% would recommend. Cannot thank them enough!

They are professional! They fix my car which refused to fix by NRMA high demand repairer RepairHub Castle Hill and problem was RepairHub fault… NRMA realised that one was faulty repair and they sent me to Hawkesbury City Smash Repair… Everything was perfect and professional in there…

Had a rear end accident late August took the car to Hawkesbury City to quote Owner's wife took some photos and I was told they will be in touch. On 14 Oct I contacted Insurance Coy only to be told that they have no quote. Contacted Hawkesbury to ask why only to be told I need more photos and your claim fell through the cracks". then was told "if you don't like it take it to a GIO repairer" No sorry or anything. Obviously they don't need the work."
