Wonderfully helpful staff, excellent range with great prices. We went into here for help with shavers and clippers for my partner, and the fantastic staff at this shop delivered. My partner and I admittedly have very little knowledge about the topic, so it was great to have someone to talk through the benefits of different shavers and how to care for them. We also got some recommendations on other products for beard care, and even a hairdryer while we were there. We're very happy with the products we bought and will definitely seek out another shaver shop next time we need any products or advice for facial hair care.

A manager with excellent knowledge on men’s groomingWas asked to buy beard ceramic comb, and beard shampoo and softnerVery happy with the results, my beard is smooth from being coarseAt first it seemed it was a marketing strategy to sell comb and softner but at the end I was convinced by her knowledge and I don’t regret making the purchase!

I purchased a Philishave mens shaver two years ago, & recently it wasn't shaving as close as before, & then stopped working.I did a bit of research & felt that the blades / heads needed replacing, as they suggest you do this every 2 years. I've been shaving my head the past 9 months so it's definitely had a lot of work.So I headed to Shaver Shop TTP & had the pleasure to be served by Alex. He was friendly, knowledgeable & confirmed that was indeed the issue. He not only sold me the replacement parts required, but replaced them for me, taking time to show me how to do it myself next time. My shaver is now working as good as the day I bought it.Great shop, great service & I recommend them 100%.

I went to ask for replacement for my trimmer as I still have warranty.. there was a middle aged woman serving me.. she said no need replacement it’s just needed a bit of cleaning.. I asked her “i can’t trust this trimmer could you please replace it”? She was so rude and said with kinda angry face you can take it to city shop where u bought this.. we don’t replace it as it’s working good now.:I don’t understand what’s the point for franchisee when u can’t serve customers properly.. she spoiled my day with her rude behaviour.

** Please be alert when you stop in front of Shaver Shop Tea Tree Plaza**I wish there was an option of giving no stars. I’m still embarrassed and in shock.I stopped to tie my shoe laces and without even entering the store I was accused by staff members of theft!!! Security was called they caught up with me outside the ttp shopping centre and soon regretted their actions. This behaviour is disgusting. These sort of choices made by staff members bring down a business. MAKE BETTER JUDGMENTS. KNOW AND DO BETTER.This incident occurred on Thursday 4/05/23.
