The worst experience I have had, took the money and has not organized the connection with energex. tried calling all the numbers available and no answer. this person is moving into construction business, if this is the diligence he shows for solar , then I cannot imagine what sort of construction would his company do. the issue is still not sorted.

We have an issue with the system, unable to get hold of them anymore. The phone number doesn't work, their Facebook is full of unhappy customer reviews. Stay clear.

Sunlife Energy sold a system to my mother back in 2018 and it has never worked properly since the day she paid for it and since then has been deemed a fire hazard. Now my mother has contacted Maurice and Blackburn Lawyers and they said if we can gather a minimum of 7 more people, they would take on the class action lawsuit. If you are interested in doing something like this please leave a comment under my review and i shall find another way for us to communicate to discuss this further.

Work was completed without verifing that the installation with Energex therefore no feed in tariff. Currently have taken the money but not completed the service we have paid for nor submitted the paperwork to claim that is it safe. Unable to contact the company after numerous calls (number appears to be disconnected), text messages and emails. No resolution in sight for our grievances even if they are as simple as getting the installer to submit the paperwork. Steer well clear of this company, it is basically stealing your money for services that aren't seen through.
