We travel to Adelaide every two weeks from Mount Gambier and we stop at your petrol station everytime to buy something to eat and to use your rest rooms. We stopped there tonight (the 28th April) and when we got there at approx 7.30 to go to the toilet, I lit a cigarette and the man cleaning the toilet came out from there and started screaming at me to say I couldn't smoke. I said I would move away but he started to demand and abuse me. Before we got to our car we noticed that he started abusing some Sudanese men who had gone into the men's toilets while he was there. He screamed at them and when he asked what they had done wrong he threw the mop and stormed inside. I think he locked that door to keep us all out from being served so we left. I was disgusted and we will never stop there again

Busy otr on the highway as you enter Tailem Bend from the south east. Servo is on the western side of the highway. Plenty of parking available. Reasonable priced fuel. Good range of products available if you need a drink or something to eat. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Purchased a bunch of things in the early hours of the morning. Didn't receive the 4 crispy cremes I purchased and left. Realising when almost home 30 mins away I called and the store told him and asked if I could pick up the donuts at the on the store I was right next to instead of driving all the way back to the city.. I WAS DENIED. So lost about $12. Unbelievable.

Great place to have a cuppa coffee or tea and take a break with a gorgeous view of the river.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Sharon and the lady with short red hair. They were obviously under pressure and bickering towards one another not only snapping at customers but one of them yelled at my child for running around but when you wait 10 minutes for a coffee to be started ;children especially a 2 year old are going to become unsettled and start to play up. Don’t work in customer service if your attitude stinks. Absolutely disgusted and feel sorry for any other customers attending this store today or when ever they are working.

Alright but I wouldn't recommend eating in unless you want to repeatedly encounter the shrill and ever increasing volume of the coffee orders being announced. Totally ruins the ambience and competely unnecessary. The woman needs training and guidance, pronto.

If your driving through and hungry definately stop here for some food. Huge meals that were absolutely delicous. Also beautiful views.

We normally always stop here for lunch and have fish, chips & fresh salad - it no longer exists. Since OTR has taken over, the food board flashes over constantly and you are unable to read what's available. And there's fast food.We couldn't get what we wanted, so we went without lunch - very disappointed with selection. Won't be stopping again!

Arrived at the service station on our way home from Melbourne to sit and enjoy the river views during lunch.We were greeted by a rude and obnoxious Indian employee and a hot food cabinet near on empty.There were four people eating food in the dining area and one gentleman waiting yet we were told that any meals ordered would be 20 minutes - we’re talking hot chips, fried chicken, steak sandwiches and burgers as the cook was busy.I chose to have six wing dings ($11.95/6pk, $7.95/3pk or $3.50each) as they were pre cooked and waiting to be served. At 1pm, they did not have six ready so he told me I could have five for $14.95 or wait 20 minutes for the extra piece.If it wasn’t for having my family with me and needing to eat I would’ve walked out without purchasing anything. Instead we ended up with cold nuggets and dim sims.Atrocious service, highly recommend never stopping here for fuel or food.
