It was a lovely store as I work in a fellow Iga I like to shop at others while I'm away very clean tidy nice and stocked unfortunately at the time I felt like we were being watched like we were Stealing. As that didn't help my young fella had a melt down on the way out and all the staff were watching us leave. I've never felt so watched and judged in my life.

A handy local when only a few items are needed. An IGA with all the basics in groceries, , dairy. The fresh fruit and veggies are limited as are bakery items.Easy to park.

Long Time Loyal Customer,Very friendly staff, shop here often and always feel welcome, during the lock downs the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help the community in their time of need and provided the essentials. Alex often has gone out of his way to help his fellow community locals. The Staff are always friendly and welcoming and often ask how you are going and how you have been which is very nice and not many other places are as welcoming or friendly as the team at Rokeby IGA. Will continue to shop here for the years to come.

I will say that the customer service at this store is outstanding.very helpful. Not a bad word can be said in this regard. Store is always very clean. However there is one thing that I would like to point out to the manager or owner. It is illegal to sell items past the use by date. Today they had pate in fridge reduced to sell. The use by date was December 22. Please remove before you get a visit from the health department.

Alex is the nicest person in Tasmania by far. I've been going to this shop since I was 8 years old. I'm now 28. 20 years.Fantastic customer service, excellent produce. Alex, Jim and his staff are lovely people. Much respect from SaxonSleeplessSuicide
