Very low customer services lazy staffPurchased a sink mixer two weeks ago after installation the mixer was faulty so I returned it to them. They said they will have to check it and get back to me. They couldn’t give me a replacement on the spot then waited over two weeks to receive any call from them, no one called and today I popped into the store asked what was happening with the mixer they said apparently the technician will come next week and then we’ll go back to me, I asked for another one instead they the staff said there is nothing in stock. Made me wait all this time for nothing. What I know from my experience in trades when there is something faulty you get a replacement on spot then investigate the issue not making customers wait for no respond at all.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Order draw runners and gave them all the model numbers, and they gave me the wrong ones. When I returned them for exchange they had the ordasity to charge a 15% restocking fee. Will never use again.
