The training ticks all the boxes with a comprehensive combination of cardio, strength, endurance, balance & flexibility, all compacted into manageable 45 minute sessions.This studio is also the only one in the area offering instructed-classes at 4:30am, for people who want to get their training done early and charge into the day. I have found it to be a much warmer & friendlier environment than your large commercial gyms. Highly recommend this studio to keep you on track and consistent with your fitness goals.

From the moment I first walked in the F45 Nerang doors, I’ve felt welcomed, supported and encouraged. The classes are both challenging but fun and I look forward to each session.

F45 Nerang is such a wonderful community full of support & good vibes. The staff & members are so lovely & welcoming, you always feel comfortable being there. I have trained at F45 for 2 years now and I love the workouts so much. The challenges push you to be a better version of yourself, not only physically but mentally. All the staff and people at F45 have always been so helpful. I have joined and tried so many gyms in the past but have never stuck to it like I have this time. Highly recommend.

Having been with numerous F45 studios across Sydney and Queensland for the last 8years, I have not found any that match Nerang.The ongoing love and support I have from the trainers is beyond anything I have experienced and the community of people around me has encouraged me to push harder than ever and also achieve results I never thought possible.Social anxiety has been a bit issue for me especially with gym environments, but I am honestly the happiest I have been in a very long time mentally thanks to these guys!Every day is a good day at Nerang, even if you don’t feel the best, you will once you leave xoxo much love
