We've been trying to have a tow bar and trailer brake controller fitted to a Hyundai i30 sport wagon July 2017 model car.The first two parts we incorrect. We started the process in November 2022. The Autobarn team kept trying for us.We finally got the new towbar and brake fitting today 7 Jan 2023 we're grateful to Josh and the whole team for not just saying it's too much trouble here's your money back.Very grateful, thank youLorraine and Justin

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, know their cars and an excellent range of car gear. I was looking for a roof pod and the staff were just brilliant. They didn't have the pod in black but they tried a similar grey roof pod lid to see if the overall pod would suit my roof and it did. Just brilliant service and now knowing the pod will suit my roof racks is great. Glad I ordered my Roof pod from Autobarn Burnie, fabulous service. Great pricing value, great service and range. Good range and very helpful staff. Not the store at fault (their service was excellent) but the online Autobarn web site showed different/old discount prices that were no longer valid/had expired against the store prices.Got a different brand name part cheaper in any case and being a member dropped the price further.

Wow shopped there today and bought wiper blades and a battery. I was trying to get the wiper arms off.Out comes Abbey and says I will fix that for you. She fitted the new blades and put the arms back on the Ute. I spoke about a new battery, she proceeded to give me options and expertly fitted my selection.Retired myself from the retail industry. This incredible Abbey is so customer focused. She is to put it mildly a huge asset to Autobarn Cooee.
