Austral Cleaning Service
Spent a ridiculous amount of money on a exit clean. Could see marks on walls, ceiling and floor. Oven, range hood and windows were not done either. Waste of money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!The cleaner, whom was late, was supposed to perform an end of lease clean, mirrors, doors, fixtures were all still dirty, was told that the cleaner could come back to fix the problems, the didn't show up twice, I lost my bond and had to pay for a whole new company to come through.Then was told by the cleaner I would receive only a 50% refund which I STILL HAVNT GOTTEN, they are now ignoring my calls/emails messages and Austral are taking no responsibility even though they are the ones who sent the cleaner to me in the first place.Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, they should be shut down.
