I had a pretty terrible experience with another mechanic with my Subaru. I was waiting 5 months for a part that was misdiagnosed. After my colleague recommended Ryan, I had regular updates, reasonable pricing and all my questions answered. I'm back on the road and wish I knew about Wicks at the start.

I’ve used other mechanics in Eltham & I’m annoyed with myself that I didn’t find Wick’s earlier. Hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever had! EXCELLENT customer service, got a big job done within a day, did a really great job on the car at a great price. The complementary car wash & chuppa chup are the cherry on top!

Had an engine light on & I had RACV come to check it out. When RACV saw the car, he recommended I take it into Wicks Auto Tech as he said they were great. Wicks got the car in the next day & it was fixed at a great price. Very happy with their service and will definitely be getting all of our services done here! Also, thanks Wicks for cleaning my car too :)

Took my ranger to wicks after a terrible experience with a local mechanic; Ryan and the team did an amazing job. Ryan's always honest and upfront with costs and my Ute was returned to me feeling even better than brand new. I cannot recommend Wicks highly enough.
